We are just about to put a SAYR ventilation system in, just a couple of questions...is it really worth the money for the few months of condensation a year? does it help in summer at all removing humidity? how much on average do they cost to run...

Alan Johnstone It depends how much condensation you have and the impact it had on you.

Leeann Haynes Definitely worth it. We put a Sayr in 2 years ago. Don't even notice it in power bills

Debbie Pegler I don't have one but I can tell you the houses I clean with a ventilation system have less dust than the ones without

Shęrry Çhaing We don't really notice a change in power bills. No condensation, asthmatic sister has moved home with no flare ups, previously she couldn't last 2 hrs in the house. SAYR were efficient with install, we were most impressed by their customer service.

Robyn Samasoni Are they noisy?

Becca Moses No. Just a slight "hum" when they're going full whack which isn’t very often.

Leeann Haynes It depends on how fast the fans are running. So if they are on high speed it does make a bit of noise

Michelle Wilson Not overly.... They definitely make a slight noise but nothing major

Rubbyca Dhayaharan We got a SAYR installed at the beginning of winter. No condensation. No noise.

Becca Moses Brilliant system - had it installed last autumn after getting several companies in to quote. Customer service was far superior to HRV and system was installed within 3 weeks. Haven't noticed cheaper power bills but having a dry house over winter has been fantastic and asthmatic daughter hasn't been ill all winter. I love not having windows running in water every morning. Haven't experienced it cooling the place over summer though. You honestly won't regret it! Money well spent.

Joan Stevens Putting in a home ventilation system was the best thing we did. Our house was a couple of degrees warmer, meaning we didn't need heaters on until later in the year, and were able to turn them off earlier. Made a big difference in our health also. Then getting a heat pump a couple of years later, made it even better. We have one heat pump which heats our whole house. Power bill went up minimally. Wouldn't be without either.

Debra So Highly recommend SAYR, efficient and professional installation. Had ours put in before last winter and our house feels dry and much faster to heat.
