What does the process cover ...

A fully trained certified SAYR ventilation assessor will be able to explain how the Home Ventilation System works, and give you advice on other areas which may need attention i.e. insulation, home heating and 3rd party assessments from other organisations.

Here's what the Home Assessment covers:

  • The overall condition of your home. An examination of existing service room extractors and their effectiveness. Investigation into other factors which may be causing issues.  
  • An explanation of how our ventilation system works, what you would expect as a result and the key benefits. 
  • You will get a tailor made quote of the system required for your particular house. 
  • Assessments are worked out by total volume, not just floor area. There are other important factors which are taken into account as well i.e. suitability of the construction to ensure the system will go where it is needed, roof construction, pitch, levels plus many more. 

An average assessment will take approximately 30 – 45 minutes plus any questions.
